The Graduated Driver License (GDL) is a process that all teens must complete to get an unrestricted basic driver license. The New Jersey GDL law was effective January 1, 2001.
A GDL law has been shown to reduce driving fatalities among teens and their passengers. With more experience, teen drivers are more capable of handling different types of driving situations.
If interested, call for pricing. We will then forward a permit application to you. When you have completed the application and are in possession of the required documents, such as original birth certificate from vital statistics or passport, plus score card from school indicating student has passed the NJMVC written test, please call this office for an appointment. We will then be able to purchase the permit from NJMVC and schedule road training.
Our students and their parents will not be required to go to MVC for permit purchases.
